Every delegate is obligated to attend state delegation meetings. All NJEA caucus meetings will be held in the Grand Ballroom at the Hilton Portland Downtown (Lower Level).
Scheduled meetings are as follows:
Wednesday, July 2 | 8 a.m. - 12 p.m.
Thursday, July 3 | 7 - 9 a.m.
Friday, July 4 | 7 - 9 a.m.
Saturday, July 5 | 7 - 9 a.m.
Sunday, July 6 | 7 - 9 a.m.
These meetings are especially helpful to all delegates, both first-time delegates and those who have attended before, to discuss the issues at hand and to raise procedural questions.
Delegates are encouraged to eat breakfast prior to caucus meetings. Breakfast will be provided for credentialed delegates only.

Delegation party
The Delegation Opening Party will be held on Saturday, July 1, from 5:30 to 10 p.m. in Galleria Ballroom at the NJEA hotel.
All delegates are invited to attend. This is an excellent opportunity to become acquainted with your fellow members from New Jersey, as well as to make new friends and renew old acquaintances. Be sure to bring your invitation for admittance.
